Während des aktuellen Trainingswochenende, an dem unsere zweite Mannschaft an drei Tagen drei Spiel absolviert, wurde die Kältekammer bei besucht.
Hier haben sich die Spieler zum regenerieren für 3 Minuten bei -110°C in die Kammern begeben.
Nachdem gestern das Spiel leider deutlich verloren wurde, konnten unsere Jungs heute eine deutliche Leistungssteigerung feststellen und das Spiel gegen die Gäste vom Jahn Soest II gewinnen und somit eine längere Durststrecke beenden.
„Wenn es nach mir geht würden wir am liebsten ab jetzt jeden Sonntag Morgen im die Kältekammern begeben. Wir haben Spieler, die momentan muskuläre Probleme haben und danach ohne Probleme die 90Minutrn absolvieren könnten. Vielen lieben Dank an und , dass Ihr uns die Regeneration heute Morgen ermöglicht habt. „Wir kommen gerne wieder“ sagte der Reservetrainer Sebastian Schmidt.
Im Namen des Vereins möchten wir uns nochmal ausdrücklich bedanken und wünschen einen super Start des Art of Cryo Lab.
