As we come to the final day of IASK Kinesiology Week, I reflect on what truly matters for the future of kinesiology.

For me, it’s not about becoming bigger in a competitive way — it’s about becoming more connected. The future of kinesiology lives in how we share, how we support one another, and how we stand side by side rather than apart.

I deeply feel that our strength lies in welcoming all modalities, all approaches, all voices. There is not one way — there are many paths, and each one adds something valuable to the whole. When we open to that, we grow not just individually, but as a global community.

Especially in the times we are living in, it feels more important than ever to hold hands rather than separate. To listen, to collaborate, to learn from one another across borders and cultures. This is where real healing expands — not in isolation, but in connection.

My vision for the future of kinesiology is simple: that we continue to support more people into health, balance and wellbeing — together.

With gratitude for this beautiful community and everyone who is part of it.

Today we’re celebrating International Kinesiology Day in the best possible way — together, learning, growing, and practicing what we love.

This weekend, we are in the middle of our practical seminar with an incredible group of students who are on their one-year journey to becoming kinesiologists. Being part of this process as an instructor is something truly special. Alongside Alexander, Michaela and Matthias I feel grateful to guide, support, and witness the transformation that is already unfolding.

There is something powerful about a room full of people who are curious, dedicated, and ready to deepen their understanding of the body, mind, and energy. The commitment, openness, and passion in this group is inspiring — and it’s clear that a new generation of kinesiologists is in the making.❤️

I’m excited for what’s still to come on this journey, and proud of every single step taken this weekend.

Happy International Kinesiology Day ✨

There are tools you learn… and then there are tools you truly fall in love with.
For me, the Joint Anchor Technique is exactly that.
I use it in my practice, I teach it, and I keep coming back to it again and again—because of how incredibly simple and effective it is. There is something so powerful about a system that doesn’t need to be complicated to create real change. It allows the body to reorganise, to find balance, and to shift in a way that feels both natural and profound.
What I also deeply appreciate is the connection behind the work. Geoff Leury, who founded and developed the Joint Anchor Technique, has created something truly special. I feel grateful not only for the technique itself, but also for the opportunity to exchange ideas with him, to discuss, reflect, and support each other in this field. That kind of collaboration adds another layer of depth and meaning to the work.
Over time, this technique has become an essential part of how I work. It supports my clients in a gentle yet powerful way, and it continues to inspire me as a practitioner and teacher.
Honestly, I would love for everyone to experience it—whether by receiving it or by learning how to use it themselves. Because sometimes, the simplest tools are the ones that create the biggest shifts.

Sometimes, one person can change the way you see everything. For me, that person was Alfred.
He was incredibly knowledgeable, a gifted teacher, and above all a truly kind human being. No matter how busy he was, he always had a moment for you. If you had a question, a doubt, or needed guidance, he would listen and offer insight in a way that felt both simple and profound. I met him at several conferences, where he was connected with people from all over the world, but what stayed with me most was not just his knowledge—it was his presence.
I remember one moment very clearly. I was at the very beginning of my kinesiology journey, full of curiosity and eagerness, and at the same time completely overwhelmed. I felt like I was standing in front of an unclimbable mountain, seeing only problems instead of possibilities. Alfred didn’t know me, but somehow he saw me. He took the time to sit with me, to listen, and to talk things through. And slowly, something shifted. He didn’t overwhelm me with more information—he simply brought perspective, and with it, a sense of calm.
I remember wondering how someone could know exactly what to say to a person they had never met. And I realised that he wasn’t trying to fix anything. He was present, he tuned in, and he followed his heart.
That moment has stayed with me ever since. It continues to guide me in the way I work and in the kind of practitioner—and person—I want to be.
Thank you, Alfred 💛

The space we work in matters more than we often realise.
When I created my kinesiology practice, I didn’t approach it purely from a design perspective. I asked myself a different question: How do I want to feel when I work—and how do I want my clients to feel when they enter?
Everything in the room reflects that intention.
It is a space designed for calm, connection, and authenticity. A place where I can fully be myself—and where clients can arrive, settle, and feel safe.
One of the most common things I hear from new clients is:
“Wow, what a beautiful room.”✨
And every time, it means a lot—because this space is something I have created very consciously.
Interestingly, even the smallest details respond to the environment. My orchids don’t just survive here—they flourish!🌸
For me, this reflects something important:
When the energy of a space is right, growth happens naturally.
This practice is more than a workplace. It is a space for transformation, for insight, and sometimes for what feels like small miracles—or simply meaningful shifts.
And something shifts here. Every time.
And I feel incredibly grateful to hold this space—for myself and for everyone who walks into it.💛

I’ve had the privilege of working with this incredible client for the past couple of years—a young woman in her thirties who experienced a brain hemorrhage about five years ago.

Since then, her journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Step by step, she has rebuilt strength, control, and confidence. What once seemed impossible is now part of her reality: she can stand on her right leg for over five seconds (when before she couldn’t manage even one), and she’s regained the ability to pick up items with her right hand—something that once rested motionless in her lap.

But beyond the physical progress, there’s something even more powerful.

Recently, with tears in her eyes, she told me: “I can now say what I want—what I like and don’t like—instead of having to accept everyone deciding for me.”

That moment says everything.

Recovery isn’t just about movement. It’s about reclaiming independence, voice, and identity. And witnessing that transformation is the greatest reward of all. 💛

Why kinesiology?

This question always brings me back to where it all began.

I didn’t start learning kinesiology out of curiosity—I started because I needed help. I wasn’t well, and I was searching for something that could truly support me.

Kinesiology became that turning point.

What fascinated me from the very beginning was this:

You can ask the body questions… and it answers.
There is this incredible, open dialogue with the body and the energetic system. It’s not guesswork—it’s communication.

Through this process, I was able to support my own healing. And that experience changed everything.

Over time, kinesiology became more than just a tool:
It became part of my everyday life.
- I use it with my family, supporting them through emotional, physical, and mental challenges.
- I work with clients in my practice.
- I teach others so they can experience this for themselves.
- And I collaborate internationally through IASK.

Kinesiology is not something I “do” occasionally—it is something I live.

And that’s why I am so passionate about sharing it.

Whether you are curious about receiving a session or learning it yourself… kinesiology opens a door to understanding your body in a completely new way.
💛
