Over half of the global population is lacking essential nutrients such as iodine, vitamin E, and calcium—deficiencies that can lead to serious health consequences.

🍎 5+ billion people are not getting enough iodine (68%), vitamin E (67%), and calcium (66%).
🍎 4+ billion have inadequate intakes of iron (65%), riboflavin (55%), folate (54%), and vitamin C (53%).
🍎 Nutrient gaps vary by age, s*x, and country, with women more often experiencing deficiencies in iodine, B12, iron, and selenium.
