Today, Evelyn stays closely connected to movement through stage performances and her background as a certified fitness trainer ✨

I studied for 10 years.
University. Research. A PhD in chemistry.

And one day I caught myself thinking:
Why am I dreaming about opening a yoga studio?

Not because I was tired of science.
Not because I failed.

But because I wanted to build a space that feels like breathing out.
A place for bodies, not achievements.
For presence, not pressure.

Meet Anya — Stretching & Mobility teacher at Kosmo 💜

Anya blends rhythmic gymnastics precision with mindful stretching 🤸🏻

Born in Moldova, she trained professionally for over 15 years, becoming a Master of Sports, national champion, representing her country at European and World Championships 🏆

For the last seven years, Anya has been teaching adults and children, helping them move with more awareness and stability 👣

Her classes focus on safe stretching, technique, posture, and body awareness —
but her mission goes further: to help students feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies.

Classical ballet, rooted in Renaissance Italy and shaped into its modern form in the 19th century, is defined by graceful movement, fluid port de bras, clean lines like arabesque, and the use of pointe shoes 🩰

Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity workout blending ballet-inspired positions with Pilates, and strength training. Using a barre, light weights, and resistance bands, it targets the core, glutes, thighs 🔥

Two practices with the same roots, but completely different sensations 🫀

Shirin discovered yoga during her school years — a gentle way to find balance and quiet.
At 19 she completed her first teacher training, and yoga has been part of her daily life ever since.

With her background in psychology, she brings a soft, mindful approach to Yin, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Pranayama — blending breath, stillness, and conscious movement.

Her classes feel warm, grounding, and deeply restorative — a calm pause to reconnect with yourself.

Sina — Vinyasa Yoga at Kosmo

Sina blends fluid Vinyasa with mindful movement — creating soft strength, presence, and a welcoming space for every body. 🤍

Her path began in ballet and later led her to yoga, which quickly became her daily anchor.
With 200h Vinyasa & Hatha + 300h Vinyasa training, Sina teaches with warmth and clarity.

Her classes are gentle, flowing, breath-led — grounding you without pressure or performance.

Polina answers ⬇️

I moved to Ulm in 2020 — new country, new language, full lockdown.

That mix affected my mental health more than I expected.
Anxiety became constant, and panic attacks were a part of my life.

In 2022, I found yoga. Together with psychotherapy, it helped me regulate anxiety, reconnect with my body, and rebuild inner stability.

🤍 And this is one of the reasons Kosmo exists:
a soft space for movement that supports emotional well-being, not pressure.
