Hanuman Hands Thai Yoga Massage & Body Poetry

www.hanumanhands.com The wish from tillthai is to bring more love and light in the community and into the life of all beings.

We are teaching for this purpose Thai Yoga Massage how we learned it from our Teachers. Thai Massage is an ancient form of bodywork, to balance the energetic system in the body. Depends on the style it can variate from very physical to gentle, from static to dynamic. But over all it is not about the technique, it is more about bringing awareness in your action of whatever you do and to share Metta (loving kindness) with an other person.

Relaxation isn’t about escaping life—it’s about coming back to it.

Rest comes in the quiet, in the small pauses we usually rush past. A deep breath that softens everything. Sunlight warming your skin. Letting yourself be still, without feeling like you should be doing more.

Rest isn’t laziness—it’s how we restore what we give so freely.

Why Thai Massage? 🌿
Because your body—and your spirit—deserve more than just a quick fix.
Thai massage is not only physical therapy.. it’s a deeply grounding, almost meditative experience. Rooted in ancient healing traditions, it works along the body’s energy lines, helping to release blocked energy and restore natural flow.
Through gentle pressure, stretching, and rhythmic movement, the body begins to open… and so does the mind. Stress softens, breathing deepens, and you reconnect with a sense of inner peace.

This is your invitation ✨
To pause. To receive. To come back to yourself.
Whether you feel called to experience a session or to learn the art yourself through a course, the journey starts with one step.

We often move through life thinking we are only physical, a body in a world of forms.
But there is something more subtle within us… something that can’t always be seen, yet is always felt. Our thoughts, our beliefs, our emotions shape our inner landscape. And from there, they ripple outward… influencing our body, our energy, and the space around us.

This becomes even more meaningful when we are holding space for others.

Being present is gently releasing what fills our own energy field so that we do not project it onto the person we are supporting. Like an empty vessel — well not empty, but spacious enough to hold, to witness, to allow.

And in that space… something deeper can unfold ✨

A few days ago I had the honor to participate as a judge for the first time at the Global German Massage Championship. Having been a participant in the past, it was interesting and special to experience the event from a different role this time.

It was beautiful to reconnect with people who have been part of this competition before—both judges and participants—and also to meet many new friends along the way. There is something very special about coming together around a shared passion.

Working with other judges felt truly collaborative. We were able to hold space together, support one another, and exchange perspectives. Through this cooperation, a supportive environment was created where everyone could have a positive experience.

One moment that took me a bit outside my comfort zone was presenting the winners on the microphone. Public speaking isn’t usually where I feel most comfortable—but in the end, it went well and I’m grateful for the experience.

Mostly, I feel gratitude. Gratitude for the championship, for everyone who organized and participated, and for the beauty of people coming together to share their passion, skills, and presence.

Many thanks

ch

and all the others that made this event special!

Today we celebrate International Women’s Day 🌸

To the women in our families - thank you for the strength, love, wisdom, and resilience you bring into our lives every single day. You shape our homes, our values, and our future.

To the dreamers, the fighters, the leaders, the caregivers, the creators — every woman whose voice, courage, and presence moves the world forward.

Also to the female part inside each one of us — the empathy, compassion, intuition, and care that help build stronger communities and a better world for everyone.

Today we honor you.
Today we bow to you.
Today we stand with you.

Happy International Women’s Day 💜✨

Hands and feet are rich in nerve endings, sensory receptors, and connective pathways.
They influence posture, circulation, and the state of the nervous system.

When treated with mindful touch, we often see:
✨ deep relaxation
✨ improved circulation
✨ reduced tension
✨ a sense of grounding and integration 🤍

A gentle reminder to therapists:
don’t overlook these powerful parts of the body.
Explore. Be creative.
And always listen through your hands.
Profound shifts can begin at the edges.

Taking the best from every season ❄️
While nature rests, winter nourishes the roots for Spring’s return.
A gentle reminder for us to slow down, recharge, and yes… snow baths are optional 😉🌨️

It’s extraordinary how our human experience leaves traces not just in our memory, but also in our body.
The body remembers what words often cannot hold…it is a vast field of information, memory, and wisdom.

As therapists, our role is to create space to listen, to witness, to hear the stories each body is ready to tell.

Because every body carries a history.
And every history deserves to be heard.

In 2011, I took my first Thai Massage course.
I didn’t know then that it would be the beginning of a long term relationship!

15 years later , after years of study, practice, countless treatments, after building a family and having my children — I’m still here, still learning.

Every time I touch a body, it is sacred.
A simple, powerful return to the present moment.

No matter how much life happens in between, that moment of connection always feels like coming home.

Rooted in Tradition, Guided by Presence

Body Poetry grows from a lineage of mindful Thai Yoga Massage and holistic bodywork.
It is shaped by years of practice, travel, and attentive learning, yet it does not follow rigid rules.
Our work honors the wisdom of those who came before, while responding to each person’s unique needs.
Presence, sensitivity, and clarity guide every session,
allowing the body to express itself freely…

Human touch could sometimes trigger discomfort, tension, or even fear. The body may read closeness as a threat rather than nourishment. This often comes from lived experiences—boundaries that were crossed, affection that was inconsistent, conditional, or unsafe, or environments where softness wasn’t allowed. The nervous system learned to protect first, connect later.

In Thai massage, we approach this space through grounded presence, respectful touch, and deep listening. We don’t force relaxation—we invite it. Healing happens not because of techniques alone, but because of connection. Because the body feels met, not invaded. Held, not fixed.

Mindful touch can re-educate the nervous system.
It can show us that we don’t always have to fight, flight or freeze…That there is another state available—one of trust, softness, and connection.
