Comprehensive. If I had to describe my sessions in one word, it would be Comprehensive. Of course the focus is on fascia, muscles, and motion. We also touch on teeth, feet, nutrition, and saddle fit. At the end of our appointment, you will be empowered with actionable steps and resources to upgrade your horse's wellness.

Random thoughts from osteo school:

1. E625 aka Rosemary Extract (you know that thing they put in our food and your lovely bag of Nicker Makers) is more lethal and addictive than he**in.

2. Soursop and seamoss will pull microplastics out of your body.

3. Stop supplementing calcium. It's turning us all to stone.

4. If your thyroid isn't working, neither is your liver. Bet your right shoulder hurts too...

5. Soy burns in your body as creosote. Your pancreas is probably black if you eat it all the time. Hint- it's in everything.

6. Your organs store emotions. Each organ has a specific emotion associated with it.

7. I have never felt like I'm more in the right place. How lucky I am to be here.

Enjoy 2 minutes of this grey pony rolling in the snow ✨️❄️ this was right after psoas, diaphragm, and scalenus release (the mobility-enhancing, discomfort-relieving trifecta, really). Then he herds his mares, and at the very end, he tells me he's ready to keep going 🤠

Mid session he decided he needed a minute to roll. I work on him loose in his paddock, lead draped over his back just in case, with his herdmates close by and free to come "listen in" if they choose. The baby of the group was VERY interested in making sure my hair was perfectly groomed 😆

Some of the best conversations are had with my four legged clients when we work like this. I know these horses very well. These sessions are cumulative. Once they understand what I'm doing and how they feel afterwards, they ask for what they need and want.....And I listen. 🦄
