WuYi Yangsheng 巫醫 养生 - „Das Leben nähren” Yangsheng, das Leben nähren...

--------------------------------------------------

I am a Healing Practitioner/Naturopath and Qi Gong student/instructor from Hannover, Germany. The chinese term „Yangsheng“ literally means “nourishing life“ and can be translated as "cultivate life energy for longevity"
It is a modern name for an ancient chinese art of well being, Qi cultivation, longevity and self realization. Smiling Wolf Yangsheng is the name for my studies, my clinic and my classes. This site is intended to be an information hub for my students in Germany and the US. Yangsheng is deeply rooted in ancient chinese culture, daoism, chinese medicine and shamanism. It consists of multiple disciplines to cultivate “Qi“, the universal, life giving force. Some of these disciplines are: Dao Yin or Qi Gong (energy work), Martial Arts, Nurturing, Lifestyle, Meditation, Spiritual Practices, Calligraphy, Chinese Medicine and many more...

The important and transformative aspect of ‘s*xual essence’ is extracted within Daoist alchemical practice and used to nourish the entire of the human system. Contained within each spark of this essence is the potential for new life and so, as you may imagine, this is an extremely potent form of energy which we may tap into and use to invigorate the whole body from cellular through to more subtle layers of existence. It is the ‘spark of youth’ which we use to further our spiritual development.
What is often missed though, is that this essence is extracted prior to s*xual arousal. The important part of Jing resides in a state of dormancy but it is moved into action when s*xual desires arise. This is where the meeting point of mind and energy sits. When mine is driven into desire, the Jing stirs and so the opportunity for extraction of the essence is lost. This means that ‘s*xual practices’ within Daoism are not a part of the alchemical tradition, they are enjoyable and mildly healing at best, they are not relevant to serious Neidan study. The deepest and most important part of extracting the ‘s*xual essence’ does not take place during s*x, has nothing to do within another person being present and is about as titillating as any other meditative sitting practice! Daoism is a lot more boring than many would like to make it…
