A flower is always naked, but it does not cause us any reaction. The human naked body, on the other hand, provokes many reactions and today is associated with many different meanings such as sexuality. At VANI we are seeking to redefine n.udity as we open our hearts and give up the layers of unnecessary mindsets.

At VANI consent is extremely important. Consent is an agreement between two or more people to for example engage in an interaction, such as hugging, touching, staring, making conversation or taking someone’s photo. Actively checking for consent is a great way to help people to feel more safe. Not doing so can create unsafe experiences.

This is the reason why we created the Consent workshop which it’s the first and last obligatory workshop in order to participate in VANI events. There are different types of this introductory workshop such as the Express Consent Workshop and the YES I CARE! - Making Consent & Boundaries Sexy Again Workshop.

Intimacy is one of our fundamental beliefs and is referring to the closeness between people in interpersonal relationships. It's something that grows over time as you connect with someone, it's caring deeply for each other, and feeling more and more reposeful during your time together. It can include physical or emotional closeness or even a mix of these two.

Although, Intimacy is a meaning related to sexual in*******se, in VANI we distance ourselves from it and try to redefine its meaning in order to be able to get to truly and deeply know ourselves and those around us.
