Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Nina noch einmal zu uns ins Studio kommt. Nina teilt seit 2017 über Workshops, virtuelle Yoga Immersions, Zeremonien und Eco Retreat ihre Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse des Yoga. Dabei folgt sie einem tantrisch-schamanisch inspirierten Pfad, über den sie mehrheitlich Frauen begleitetet in eine liebevolle Exploration ihrer ganz individuellen weiblichen Kraft zu tauchen und so ihrer Essenzentfaltung Raum zu schenken.

Es erwartet euch ein Mittag gefüllt mit Nahrung für Körper, Geist und Seele. ✨

What an amazing weekend at 🙏🏼 We wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation for each and every one of you who made our first yoga retreat "it’s all you" an unforgettable journey.

Thank you for sharing your passion for yoga, mindfulness and inspiring thoughts with all of us ✨
