I am very saddened and shocked to receive the news this morning that our beloved Ashtanga Yoga guru Sri Sharath Jois (1971-2024) has passed away RIP. I am eternally grateful for his wisdom and his teachings and will miss him very much. My thoughts are with the Jois family and the ashtanga community 😭💔
