I am Eliana! 🌟 I am Brazilian, but before calling Denmark my home I lived in many different places around the world. My life is a celebration of movement, which is why I became a Yoga and Pilates instructor. Capoeira was already a part of my journey from childhood, and today, I bring that influence into my practice. For me, Yoga is not just physical activity; it's medicine for the mind, body, and

soul. My journey of self-discovery is ongoing, and each day is an opportunity to explore myself more deeply. I feel complete when, through my guidance, I can help others navigate the path of self-discovery too. In sisterhood, we soften our armor, reconnect, share our stories, and allow ourselves to be seen.

As we lower our defenses, we reclaim our wholeness and show up in our softness, vulnerability, power, doubts, and dreams… allowing connection to happens and transformation to unfold, from scarcity and comparison into true abundance, support, and genuine sisterhood.

In the fast pace of modern society, we’re always rushing…

we almost never stop to truly listen to ourselves.

Meditation is an essential tool to bring us back to the present moment.

Looking inward can be uncomfortable at first…

but it’s also where our truth, our strength, and our calm reside.

Between silences, exchanges, and presence, we remember that we don’t need much just space to be.

Life’s twists and turns can lead you to the most beautiful places. Trust your heart. ✨

I’ve been coming to Ibiza since 2015… and now, 11 years later, I returned to complete something truly special.

This journey reminded me that when we align with our heart with truth, authenticity, and kindness, life opens doors we could never have imagined.

What once felt like uncertainty became one of the most beautiful chapters of my life.
