Tip to all amazing clients out there:

As a massage therapist we can feel tension, we can feel tightness in the body, we can feel many things. However we can't feel everything specially/luckily the muscle soreness you feel during the treatment. It helps us when you let us know if certain areas are more tender or feel like could use more work/attention. That way we can provide a better treatment ✔

Kristoffer Nymann underwater photographer survived a shark attack in Mexico 2 years ago and required 180 stitches in his arm. Due to inability to move his arm he developed Frozen Shoulder.

Just a quick sneak peak of yesterday's overhead shoulder work with Anders Byriel-Thygesen 💪.

Presented neck pain due to lack of overhead mobility of the shoulder. In weight lifting lots of exercises involve lifting over the head. When the shoulder mobility isn't there the neck and thoracic spine (mid back) come into stress having to step in to compensate.
