Let all the highs and lows of life move through me without tipping me over

Of caring a lot about the important stuff but learning to let the rest of it go because caring too much truly is a thing -

And of keeping my focus on my own values and not what looks good on paper by whatever measures we once made up for what a successful life ‘must’ entail.

One of the many great things yoga has taught me is to just show up, no matter what. Show up and keep going, also when you don't see progress or you don't feel like moving or you're stuck with trying to figure out the same nemesis asana again and again (hello ).

Because that's where the magic is. In showing up, consistently and patiently, meeting yourself where you're at an work from there.
It's no easy lesson, but for me it's been one of the greatest.
To just keep on practicing. Keep on moving. Keep on keeping on. In that there's so much magic to be found.✨

Jeg har startet et spændende samarbejde med Horsens Zoneterapi. Sammen laver vi et skønt forløb, hvor yogaundervisning kombineres med zoneterapibehandlinger for at give de bedst mulige forudsætninger for at skabe balance for dig, der er i overgangsalderen.🧡
