Losing weight and reaching your dream body it's not only about food you eat or workouts you do.
Sometimes its more than that.
Sometimes, in order to change our outside, we need to look at our inside first. ❤️
Sometimes we have limited beliefs or wrong habits that stop us from reaching our dreams.
We need to change old ways that didn't lead us to our goal, to new ways, in order to reach what we want.
If you do same things you done the last couple of years - don't expect different result.
If you want to lose weight - habit of watching Netflix and eating popcorn won't help - we need to find new ways to cope with our emotions when we get home tired after work or when we want to relax after long day.
Or if you have limited belief that you can't lose weight... it's too hard, you can't achieve your goal, its not meant to be etc etc..You need to question these beliefs and ask yourself is it really truth? Can't I really do it or actually I can? Is it really not possible to reach my goal ? Or maybe it is possible? How would I feel if I achieved it?
Sometimes, reaching your dream body it's not only eating veggies and doing workouts.
Sometimes you need to work with your mind too. Erase those doubts & limited beliefs that stop you, and change them with new ones that get you closer to your dream.
Everything is possible and you can do it, you just need some support, motivation, and answer the right questions for yourself.
You can do and achieve more than you think ! 🩷
