Over time, various methods have been established for removing tattoos.

Methods such as surgically cutting away the affected skin area, scraping the tattoo off using strong microdermabrasion or chemical treatments where the upper layers of skin are removed with astringent substances, are often associated with severe pain, long term healing processes and unsightly scars.

The neighbouring tissue is also often affected.
In contrast to these processes, laser technology has established itself as a gentle, low-pain method of treatment achieving optimal
results.

As all of you wherever you are in the world, witnessing these days with profound sadness the situation in Ukraine, we can imagine the feelings of despair and fear people experience and the consequence of the real catastrophe taking place for many of them.
More than a scientific organization, we have always considered our Society as a global community of colleagues sharing similar values, concepts, and passions. We did and do stand for uniting people irrespectively of their disparities and collaborating towards the common good.
At this moment, we stand together with all the members of our global family, as well as all other people, experiencing the terrible consequences of the war.
We support and invite you all to participate in the event and donate anything you can for the cause of relieving those affected by this humanitarian tragedy.

We hope for a quick end of the invasion and we are committed to taking further actions aiming to strengthen the request for rehabilitation of peace and to constantly support by all means all those experiencing the numerous consequences of violence.

With the new high-tech system by Asclepion, it is now possible to emit laser beams in less than 300 picoseconds.

Thanks to the ultra short pulses the tattoo will be fragmented in much smaller particles than with a nano laser, which allows a more gentle treatment and a faster removal by the lymph system.
