Introducing Scandinavia's Very First BREAKUP BOOTCAMP!

Attention all those who are coming out of a long-term relationship!!!

Are you feeling lost, furious, depressed, overwhelmed, or struggling to move on? Or a combination of all the above?

It could be time to invest in yourself and take control of your emotional wellbeing by joining our brand new psychological rehab programme designed for people struggling to come to terms with life after the end of a significant relationship.

Run by specialized psychologists, behavioural scientists, nutritionists, our programmes are designed based on the latest research and evidence to provide you with the best personalised care and support to help you heal and thrive through the changing stages of post-relationship rehab.

We will inject your heartbreak and despair with new knowledge, skills, tools, tips and tricks to help you understand and process your emotions, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and build a strong foundation for your future.

With a combination of group and individual therapy sessions with specialized psychologists, as well as health, nutrition and fitness advice, we (and the other participants you meet) will be your North Star through your difficult times.

At the end of our programme, you'll emerge feeling refreshed, empowered and ready to take on the next chapter of your life with renewed confidence and clarity.

The first programmes are launching at Charlottenlund Fort in May 2023.

Sign up for sessions on Thursday after work, 17:00 - 18:30, or Saturday mornings, 10:30 to 12:00.

At Walk the Bear, we have made a radical resolution: we will not wake up on January 1st with a hangover, expanded waistline and a long list of regrets. We will not!!! Instead, we have resolved to ring in 2020 entirely SMUG with no regrets and cores of steel! Not much more than a minute a day will do it! Please feel free to join us!

As behaviour change professionals at Walk the Bear, we are always experimenting with small adjustments to our own habits to help us keep our mental health healthy! The most recent experiment we have done is with our online habits. We decided to go Offline From Nine To Nine. Phones are tethered to charge at home downstairs at (approx) 9.00pm and left there untouched for about 12 hours until the following morning. We started about a month ago and we all agree that it is the best thing we have done for ourselves in a long time. And it even rhymes! We recommend it to everyone, particularly adults, teens and children with mobile phones!!

So if you want to improve your sleep, your concentration, your performance, happiness or attractiveness levels, your s*x drive, or simply to take back control of half of your life, all you need is an old-school alarm clock to get started! Try it and let us know how it works for you : - ))
