Join us for a deeply nourishing workshop that explores the timeless human longing for oneness. Through gentle meditation, heartfelt dialogue, and the chanting of the ancient Purnamadah Mantra, we will open a space for healing, self-discovery, and inner completeness.

About the Mantra
The Purnamadah Mantra is a powerful declaration of non-duality, wholeness, and peace. Found in the Yajur Veda and the Isha Upanishad—cornerstones of Vedantic philosophy—it reminds us that both the individual self (“this”) and the universal reality (“that”) arise from the same infinite whole. Nothing is ever truly missing, and nothing can be taken away from what is already complete.

Devanagari:

Transliteration:
oṃ pūrṇam adaḥ pūrṇam idaṃ pūrṇāt pūrṇam udacyate pūrṇasya pūrṇam ādāya pūrṇam evāvaśiṣyate oṃ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ

Translation:
“That is whole. This is whole.
From the whole, the whole becomes manifest.
Even when the whole is taken from the whole,
the whole remains whole.”

What to Expect
A Shared Conversation – We open with a short meditation and a heartfelt dialogue about how our beliefs, attachments, and desires shape the human condition—and the longing that lies beneath them.

Guided Meditation – An invitation to explore your personal experience of incompleteness and connect with the universal sense of wholeness.

Chanting the Mantra – Together, we will unfold the meaning of this ancient mantra and learn to chant it. Its sound is both a practice and an opening—a way to move beyond the restless mind and rest in a sense of completeness.

This workshop is for anyone drawn to mantra, meditation, and the deep inner journey toward healing and self-knowledge.

We look forward to sharing this practice with you.

Good Company with Vijay Shyam | Illusion of Control | S4 Ep 5
A Curious Yogi with Bobbi Paidel by Bobbi Paidel Yoga

Bobbi Jo Paidel for the podcast, A Curious Yogi,

Bobbi: I’m here with my friend Vijay and fellow meditator, and I’m so excited to share the first rendition of a new podcast format I'm calling Good Company. It’s a part of The Curious Yogi Podcast, created to offer something a little different: spontaneous, live-streamed satsang that invites you, the community of listeners and Patreon members, into deeper connection and active participation.

In this inaugural conversation, recorded live in Copenhagen, we dive straight into the heart of what it means to walk the spiritual path while still being fully human. It’s a real, unscripted exchange. Just two seekers exploring the paradoxes of life and truth together.

We touch on the nature of mind, the illusion of control, the role of desire and attachment, and reflect on timeless teachings like the Bhagavad Gita, all while holding space for not-knowing and being present with what is.

Most of all, this episode is a celebration of satsang, the kind of good company that nourishes and supports true inquiry.

In this episode:

The paradox of being human and aware

How desire and attachment shape our experience

Wisdom from the Bhagavad Gita and other sacred texts

The deep value of spiritual friendship and satsang

Hosted by Bobbi Paidel in conversation with Vijay Shyam.

Meditation and Inquiry into the nature of mind

SoulStillness is a space for investigative stillness and open dialogue.

To observe the mind without engaging in its movements allows you to realize that you are infinitely vaster than your perceptions, experiences and history.

The stillness found in meditation is not the goal; it is the starting point of a deeper observation of the nature of existence and consciousness.

By using the powerful tool of observation, we approach the limits of mind, to understand the infinity of our nature.
