"A night on shrooms" pop-up was a trip! Big thanks to for putting it on and inviting us! When our passion for growing these beauties is met by the passion these amazing chefs have for their craft, the results are mind blowing.

Pictured above we have (1) the Japanese Oyster on brioche with vegan ricotta, pure comfort food (2) Cinnamon Cap tempura with Jalapeno and garlic dip (3) Maitake sashimi with hazelnut, oyster leaf and a ponzu sauce I had to drink from the plate it was so good (3) Maitake sashimi (4) signature yakitori Blue Oyster, I was so excited to eat I barely remembered to snap a pic (5) candied Coral Tooth, Blue Oyster and bergamot Madeleine, and a Shiitake caramel bonbon.

Quite a few dishes not pictured above that were equally as stunning (and delicious) accompanied by an amazing wine pairing by and mushroom cocktails by the very talented
