My heart beats to the rhythm of my Colombian heritage, which I express through my music as a singer and rapper. 👩🏼🎤🎤🎼This same desire to connect and contribute is at the core of my other work: a hands-on practice where I put myself at the service of others’ well-being as a self-employed body therapist.👋🙏💆🏻
To bring this all together, I’m thrilled to introduce a weekly community offering at my clinic in Sydhavnen: a NADA Cafe! 🧿 In these often hectic and disconnected times, I believe that meeting simply as humans, in a quiet and supportive space, is in itself a small but revolutionary act.✊❤️🔥
What is a NADA Cafe?
It’s a relaxed, community-oriented space to unwind. The therapy uses a simple, non-invasive ear acupuncture protocol (5 tiny needles in each ear) that is renowned for helping with stress, anxiety, sleep problems, and finding mental calm.🪶🪡🕯️
The concept is beautifully simple:
1. You arrive and get comfortable.🧘🏻🧘♀️
2. You receive the gentle NADA ear needles.🪡👂
3. You enjoy a cup of warm NADA tea and rest for 45 minutes in a peaceful atmosphere.🫖🍵🌱
4. You leave feeling reset and rebalanced, ready to continue your day.😌
Price: Pay What You Can (50-150 DKK)✅
I believe well-being should be accessible to all. Therefore, I run this cafe on a “pay-what-you-can” model, from 50 to 150 DKK per session.🌀
This cafe is an extension of my belief in practical, accessible care. It’s a practice I value deeply as a mother and an artist—a necessary moment of stillness that I am happy to be able to facilitate for others.👩🏼🎤🪬
