Job Offer – Sales Representative (Commission-Based)
DanTeam Renovation & Cleaning ApS is looking for sales representatives to join our team on a commission-based cooperation.
Our company operates in the renovation and cleaning sector. We provide:
– plastering and painting,
– cleaning of private homes and offices,
– cleaning during and after construction,
– large-scale projects for property developers.
We have cooperated with companies such as Nordstern, HHM, Remondis, DomusNova, and Aarsleff.
What we offer:
– commission-based payment – 10% of the total contract value,
– example: a 100 m² house (plastering, painting, cleaning) is worth approx. 65,000–75,000 DKK → your commission: 6,500–7,500 DKK,
– for developer projects including 10–100 houses, commissions can be significantly higher,
– a simple cooperation agreement – you are not an employee but an independent partner.
We are looking for:
– ambitious and entrepreneurial people,
– people with contacts in construction sites, property development companies, or local businesses,
– previous experience in sales or construction is welcome but not required.
How it works:
You bring the client → we deliver the project → you receive your commission.
