On Saturday, August 2, we’re hosting a special open-air event in Ørstedsparken to bring the vibe of our upcoming Kenya retreat to life. Expect a good flow, fresh beats, and a chance to connect.
At 10:00, will guide a 60-minute yoga class:
🎶 The Call to Kenya: a dynamic and rhythm-based flow set to Afro-inspired music on our Soundboks. Think movement, breath, beats, and good energy.
After class, hang out with us:
🥐 We’ll have refreshments + snacks
💬 You’ll get the chance to chat with the two hosts, Nina & Kasia. It’s the perfect moment to learn more about the November retreat to Kenya and get answers to all your questions.
