A belated congratulations to the trainees who graduated back in June from a 6-week semi-intensive teacher training program. They all did great and are now ready to teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga anywhere in the world with their international certification. This was a true example for us that a shorter period program works perfectly as the results were astonishing. 👏🏼

Since our journey began in 2014, Hot Yoga Copenhagen, nestled in the heart of Christianshavn, has been a sanctuary of health and happiness. Founded by Shamir, driven by a dream to enrich lives, we’ve proudly welcomed over 15,000 yogis into our warm embrace. With over 27 classes each week and a family of 400+ active practitioners, our studio has flourished into a haven of healing and tranquility.

We’re honored to be recognized as the best Yoga studio in Copenhagen, a testament to our commitment and the love we’ve received from our students. Our unique ‘Triangle Method’, blending Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, offers varied themes and weekly workshops, ensuring a holistic approach to wellness.

As we look back, we cherish every stretch, every breath, and every soul that has joined us on this journey. Our heart swells with gratitude for the opportunity to heal injuries, ease pain, enhance sleep, and promote regular detoxification.
