The vagus nerve is a central nerve in your nervous system that helps you to manage stress, so you can remain calm even when stress arises. Gift yourself and/or a loved one this transformational, healing experience.
The session is in English and lasts 90 minutes total, with a 20 minute introduction, 60 minutes of guided breathwork, and 10 minutes of meditative integration.

***
Breathwork is considered a very safe healing modality.
However, it is NOT recommended if you any of have the following conditions:
- Cardiovascular disease (angina, previous heart attacks, or strokes)
- Detached retina
- Glaucoma
- Aneurysm in brain or abdomen
- Kidney disease
- Severe Asthma
- Epilepsy
Furthermore, if you are in a mid-late stage of pregnancy, it is not recommended as it can trigger onset of early labor. If you are using anti-psychotic medication, you should inform the facilitator and we will take it slower, as the intense breathing could lower your blood pressure. Mild asthma is fine, but you should bring your inhaler.
All the best
Claire
