Meet Sahajananda, one of the teachers at Ta**rafestival: The Magical Game of Love & Pure Eros this weekend. He shares in this video series about the Erotic Revolution, which we will dive much more into at the Festival itself: what it is, how it can transform our lives at multiple levels (way beyond the bedroom!), and evenrestore harmony in society.

Sahajananda has been researching esoteric knowledge and ancient spiritual traditions of the planet since the age of 21. Over time, he has combined his informative research work with an in-depth practice of yogic and ta***ic methodologies and powerful forms of meditation.

As an AIFYM-certified teacher, he has taught courses and workshops on Ta**ra, Yoga, and Meditation in Copenhagen and Stockholm, as well as at various international festivals and events in Europe. He holds a master's degree in Comparative Literature and Art Studies and Indology from the University of Copenhagen.

Ulrik Adinatha Lyshøj has been dedicated to a Ta***ic life since 2000, and with great competence, love, human insight and humour, he offers practical ta***ic guidance and common-sense solutions to the challenges of love life and relationships.

Ulrik is educated as a Yoga and Ta**ra teacher, is co-founder of the **ratemple and author of the book “Let’s Talk Ta**ra”. In his daily life, he teaches Esoteric Ta**ra Yoga and Esoteric Ta**ra Massage. He has vast experience working with people and combining bodywork with therapy and coaching in order to speed up personal and spiritual development.
