Sumondo is a Danish start up, which create a digital solution, measure stress yourself and follow the solutions. The app permits to user themselves to monitor their stress level and follow their progress over time. We are bringing specialist knowledge, that has been used by researchers, space scientists and high performing athletes to people like us using scientifically and medically proven methods.
