As we all know, we can't use our space at the moment. There has been no yoga, no workshops, no rentals, no nothing! since mid-March. But we have been busy!
the result is a brand new shiny homepage and a name change!!
yogaskolenkbh and center for krop og bevidsthed are now becoming one (which they've always been anyway except for the name) and from now on are called VIRKELIG

Valentines day isn't just a box of chocolates. The Rebel In Love indtager yogasalen i morgen. Og selvom vi ikke synes man behøver en særlig anledning til at tilbringe en aften i kærlighedens tegn, så er det ekstra særligt i morgen, for det er jo kun valentinsdag en gang om året.

+++++ MEET ASSISTANT BOB & CONCERT NEWS +++++
Here is Bob demonstrating the lotus pose. Being only a skeleton, he does it pretty easily. It's a little more complicated for the rest of us, who also have to negotiate flesh, muscle and sinew - not to mention tension, emotion, sensation and all that good stuff... Thank you to all the brave participants at this weekend's hip-workshop! Hopefully we will be able to do it all again in near future :)

Next up in our calendar is moonrise concert bringing together musicians Jesper Zeuthen, Andreas Markus and Jakob Høyer. They promise us a sensuous experience, and we are looking forward to it! HOFTELØRDAG
Lørdag d. 26. okt. fra kl 10 til og med aftensmad.

Én dag, 2 timers astanga-yoga, 2 timers yoga-workshop, 2 timers Alexanderteknik-workshop (med en-til-en undervisning) rundet af med lækker og nærende aftensmad. Det bliver intenst, nørdet og forhåbentlig sjovt!
