Most people try to fix symptoms.
Very few look at the systems underneath.

Fascia isn’t just “tight tissue.”
It’s the body’s communication network, connecting muscles, organs, nerves, breath, posture, and emotion.

The lymphatic system isn’t just detox.
It’s how the body clears information, fluid, inflammation, and stress.

When fascia becomes dense, sticky, or compressed,
it can restrict lymph flow.

When lymph doesn’t move,
the nervous system stays on high alert.

Over time this can look like:

• restlessness
• brain fog
• poor focus
• emotional reactivity
• ADHD-like patterns

This isn’t a mindset issue.
It’s a mechanical + neurological one.

And here’s what’s missing in most healing spaces:

People are taught what fascia is, but not how to work with it safely, on themselves and others.

That’s why I’m hosting my first ever live 3-hour workshop.

This is not a certification.
This is not a protocol you memorize.

It’s a hands-on, embodied training where I teach:

• how to read the body
• how fascia and lymph actually interact
• how to release without forcing
• how to downshift the nervous system in real time
• how to work on yourself and another human safely

This work isn’t about fixing.
It’s about creating enough safety for the body to unwind itself.

Slow.
Precise.
Respectful of the nervous system.

Garudasana (Eagle Pose) 😊:

*How to do it*:
1. Stand with feet hip-width apart.
2. Bend knees slightly, cross right knee over left.
3. Wrap right foot behind left calf.
4. Extend arms forward, cross right arm over left.
5. Hook right wrist with left wrist, bring palms together.
6. Hold for 30 seconds, breathe deeply.
7. Switch sides.
