Selwyn HypnoBirthing Accredited HypnoBirthing classes endorsed by the NZ College of Midwives, taught in a relaxedy homely setting. Mindful childbirth. Pm me for more details.

HypnoBirthing is a philosophy and a childbirth education program that teaches visualization, affirmations and special breathing techniques to achieve a deep state of relaxation during childbirth. Using this self-hypnotic state, it prepares you and your birth companion for a calm, joyous and more comfortable birth of the baby, just as nature intended. In accordance with the HypnoBirthing Institute the classes run over five sessions of two and a half hour each. There will be a limit of four couples per class. The earlier you start practicing ~ 25 weeks, the better and quicker you will be able to go into relaxation during the birth of your baby.

I will be starting my new HypnoBirthing classes mid-November. A full antenatal education program based on the principles of HypnoBirth and mindful pregnancy.
