Well apparently I am not allowed to pro.mote this very il.legal session where we do yoga, breath and conscious touch in couples in our own livingrooms 😂🙏 I watched "the social dilemma" recently, so not that surprised. Hope to see you tomorrow, and no worries, it's not dangerous to participate, I swear 😉 (there will be no sexual practices in these sessions)

The art of Surrender:

Being in India for 3 months (the last
5 weeks under lockdown) has, and is,
teaching me what
surrendering means.

I could make it sound very gracefull and
carefree, but often surrender has
been the only choice left after
realising I've been out of moves.

The teachers I honor and listen to
all speak about letting go of the
illusion of (mind) control, to let be.

Even so I`ve found myself, again and
again, grasping for control even when
there has been clear signs to relinquish.

This lockdown has made
it impossilble to run away from
the fear and resistance when
they have come crashing at the
gate, wave after wave.

But, this water is Myself,
calling me Home.
