Sometimes, (like half of the times!) I don't even want to practice yoga. Not feeling it..
Instead I'm feeling anxious for what I'm going to meet, what's going on in-/outside or I 'don't have the time'.. The yoga mat is the one place where you know you'll always feel and see yourself more clearly.
All of us is from time to time dealing with some low-frequency emotions such as anger, disappointment, sorrow and/or sadness. Energy, emotions or traumas that has been stuck, unresolved and patiently waiting to be acknowledged and released.
When you feel the most low and dark, light will be found. Give yourself some time without any expectations or demands.
Just breathe and move.
Get to know how it feels. What's going on on the inside and working through our limitations. Giving yourself a break, and A LOT OF LOVE ❤️ just as you are.. It's all OK. ✨
Day two is always easier 🙃 so from tomorrow i will kickstart a 7-days yoga challenge, so we can get back into a new routine together.
