VI VÆVER MAGI IGENNEM KROPPEN ✨

Kom og væv og vær med, når vi snart spinder vores heksetråde 🕸️

I samarbejde med Kulturhuset Islands Brygge, vil vi holde to workshops i løbet af foråret, som binder alle vores passioner sammen - breathwork, sanselig bevægelse og intuitiv sang 🔥

I vores lille trekløver af kvinder, har vi igennem det seneste år fordybet os i spirituelle naturpraksisser, trommet med væsnerne, sunget om bålet, danset med træerne og udvekslet vejrtrækning med blomsterne. Og det billede, der bliver ved med at vise sig for os er, at noget af det mest magiske vi har er - vores kroppe 💚

Projektet er støttet af Kulturhuset, hvorfor du kan deltage til den fordelagtige pris af 150 kr per workshop ✨

HAVE YOU LET YOURSELF DIE? ☠️

We die a little bit all the time. We shed our skin just like the snake. Literally. On average all our cells have shedded and replaced themselves every 7th year!

Here's a little reminder why this winter IN PARTICULAR is one that calls for dying and shedding and all the juicy jazz 🌀🐦‍🔥

🐍 Until the 16th of February it is the year of the snake... Snake... You know. Shadow work, reflection, death, rebirth

🐍 The year 2025 was the last in a 9 year cycle. We have just entered a new 9 year cycle with year 2026. Big transitions like this call for big turnovers of energy = big many death a lot yes

🐍 We entered year 2026 with Venus, Mars and the Sun within 3 degrees of each other. Our inner masculine and feminine have both just embarked on a new cycle. TOGETHER! With the sun, at new year's. How mad is that?

🐍 In January all our personal planets (mercury, mars, venus and the sun) will transit PLUTO(!) the planet of death, of life changes, of the underworld.

So if you are feeling like the world is especially mad right now on both inner and outer levels then, yes, it is and that's okay.

NATURSPIRITUEL SAUNAGUS 💚

For a year now I've made saunagus in Hvidovre and I flippin' love it!

I get to play and explore and just be totally ME 🔥

That means that I get to weave with all the elements that I love: heat, storytelling, herbs, magic, song, body connection and much more ✨

Every time I make a saunagus, it's a ceremonial space. It's a place that is dedicated to transformation. Sometimes in the softest ways and sometimes with full power 🔥

Just to brag 🫣 I've had many telling me that my saunagus is some of the best saunagus they've experienced 🥰🙏

Heat 'N' Herbs gives you the most homely and down to earth vibes! This is not a sauna factory 🙌 This is where special people meet heart to heart in the funniest ways! 💚

STEPPING INTO SERVICE AS A SPACE HOLDER ✨

I want to show myself.

I want to be transparent with the darkness I'm in.

I just birthed a line of upcoming Shamanic Breathwork Ceremonies and it happened from a place of deep darkness in me. And it is so tough!

I was feeling a cold and I was in a prolonged pre-menstrual phase. My body was completely stripped of energy and my emotional landscape in scatters.

But it felt right. It felt like my body guided me and in extension of that, the whole circle, to understand that everything starts with darkness.

Everything starts with darkness.

Darkness.

And to live that is tough! Because we don't get the adrenaline rush of light and high.

To live that is tough, because we are fighting a system where darkness is coded in us as something we should be scared off, suppress and avoid.

So I'm telling myself that I am perfectly okay, even when my inner critic challenges my joy of facilitation, because that is also part of the darkness.

And imagine this.

The bigger the light, the bigger the shadow.

The more we surrender to staying in the darkness now.

The more we will shine out light when time is right! ✨

GENTLE INTERACTIONS WITH SNOW 🤍❄️

I was invited to a snow fight in the garden. My body said yes to snow in the garden but no to a fight.

My body has been prolonging my cycle and I've been in my premenstrual phase for 2 weeks instead of 4 days. It does that sometimes, so it feels normal, but it's so intense!!

So as I went to the garden I was simply called to lay down. I felt like a baby, who was fully entertained with simply laying on the ground and engaging with my closest surroundings. And I felt really happy about not being in the snow fight behind me.

That's when my housemate's child asked if she could put snow on me and I said yes 🥰

It felt amazing! Like a big hug from the snow. Like time slowed down. Like we found a more gentle and feminine way to engage with the snow 🙏❄️

Suddenly we took turns and we all four became one with the snow and received it's gentle hug ❄️ It felt so fun and so nourishing!

And right after that, I received my bleed and I praiiiiised it wup wup wup with a song and celebration 🤗 Haha, even more when one of the other women said the same thing had just happened to her 😲🥰 Wauv!

CREATURES 🐺🐌🦹‍♀️🧚‍♀️🧌

Looking back at the year that has passed, I'm recognising one thing that has come in excess into my life ❤️‍🔥 Creatures! 😍

They've always been a big part of my world, but finding a home in the burning community has been a big stepping stone for me to release all my inner creatures and let them have an expression through characters and costumes.

Becoming a creature to me is a way to play, have fun and be creative while also being a shamanic practice of connecting with that specific creature, letting it come alive through me and connecting with their spirit. The spirits teach me so much this way, meanwhile learning a lot about myself and the different parts in me 🌀

One thing I would like for the coming year is to remember to take pictures of my creature creations ☝️🌞 And to share more of them here.

And the creatures would like to play a bigger part in my ceremonial work 🙌 they are actually excellent ceremony masters, we've done it a few times already 😂🐉

TO DARKNESS 🩸🌑

That feeling of being submerged in a swamp, surrounded by its muddy darkness and murking amongst other creatures of shadow.

That spot in the middle of the dark lake, is where I've been the past one and a half blood cycle.

And I've been so grateful for it! 🐦‍🔥

I've had full acceptance because I could feel the darkness in me being activated by the autumn winds 🍁🍂 I knew the darkness too was a cycle and equally important as the cycles of light and joy.

So I've been in my cave, crocheting spider webs until I crawled out as a vampire and had fangs to hiss at people and keep them at a safe distance (true story! 😅). I've said no to hugs and cuddles, I've cried and cried and cried, I've been talking with death and sent my loved grandfather past the gate. I've attended social events even when I didn't feel like it and let whatever was alive in me be present 🌊🧌🌋🦹‍♀️🫧

Thank you, dear cycle of darkness 🦇🕸️🦇

I'm feeling ready to step a little out of the dark murky lake now. Maybe just a little, maybe a lot, let's see what the next cycle brings 🌀

FULDMÅNECEREMONI 🌝

Soon she shines over us in full vigor again, moving our internal and external waters. We can fight the tides or we can choose to dance with it 💞

One way to dance with her, is with me in the sauna, at the Just Full Moon Ceremony 🔥 Next week 7/10, 18-20.30 in , Frederiksberg.

This time she enters in the sign of Aries, so we will have lots of heat, vigor, fire and sense of self ❤️‍🔥 I might even dress up as pan, if you're lucky 🐐😋
