BELTANE 🌸🌱❤️‍🔥

Ughhhh, probably my favorite celebration of the year! Who doesn't love a good romance and right now nature serves it 🤤

So if you want a little clearer description of what it says in the video, here it comes 😅

On the last night of April and first of May, it is Beltane, also known as Valborgsaften, Walpurgis or Majfest. It is the sun wheel celebration that lands between spring equinox and summer solstice. It's traditionally one of the oldest and most important fire celebrations 🔥🔥 A wild fire (by the force of wood tension) would be lit on the night before 1st of May and people would celebrate all night long with a feast, dancing, music, storytelling and lo******ng 💦 Some also say this is the night when the genepool would intentionally be mixed ;) Then the embers of the fire would be taken inside the home to replace the old fire of the house and the ashes from the fire would be spread on the fields to increase fertility and promises of a good harvest 🌱

It is also a time of the year when the veil is thin. It is a time where the fairies and small folks come closer to our world and if we peak through holes in the trees or look into shiny waterholes we might be lucky to see them dancing 🧚‍♀️💃

All of this is mirrored in the nature around us. Everything feels more magical and infatuating when the flowers start showing their colours and the earth opens herself up 🌿

I WANT TO BE AN ADULT ✨

That was my birthday wish one month ago. I was witnessed by a big group of friends, by the fire and the forest. I had to make a wish, and my intuitive answer was: I want to be an adult 🪷

I laughed at myself and felt silly. But I've heard growing up is a trap? Why would I want to wish THAT for myself? I thought it had to do with me wanting a partner and children... But little did I know that there was a whole journey ahead of me!! 💥

Someone in the circle around the fire that night said: "it was ironic, when you asked to be an adult, you look more like a child than ever" 😂

There was wisdom in that!

The more grown up I get, the more childish I get too... Why? Because the more I can hold myself and be my own adult, the more safe it feels for my inner child to actually be a child. Not to be a child who needs to be an adult. An adult who is an adult and a child who is a child 🥹

EMBODIED AWAKENING ✨

I'm integrating this weekend at the festival and one thing I'm taking with me is the above 👆

Being a space holder is to be a leader.

And I am working hard to disassemble the idea, that's been planted in me from childhood, that a leader masculine and that a masculine is strong, dominant and rigid ⚡🌋

A leader needs both feminine and masculine qualities. The feminine opens for empathy, softness, care, intuition and creativity while the masculine creates and holds the frame, sets a direction and is present with breath 🌀

In order to be both feminine and masculine at the same time, we sometimes need to visit only one and the other, to understand these parts of ourselves more in depth and embody it 💚

That's why this weekend was such an important reminder for me, that allowing myself to also be a receiving member of the field at , and to be soft and vulnerable, makes me even more capable of holding a powerful space 🔥

Thank you to all of you, whom I shared this weekend with 🙏 it's been touching and opening cells of new potential of opportunity in my being, I'm so grateful and very LIT 😅🔥🥰

THE SWAN 🥚

I will marry myself over and over again. I will love myself more and more and deeper and deeper. I will devote my life to making myself happy and making myself proud 🤍

I've been a swan for some years now. The swan made sure to tell me! Actually physically made me trip over a few swan eggs, dead swans and swan wings before I finally accepted and properly received the message 🙏🪽

DU ER KALDET 💚

Kaldet med til ceremoni med mig, gråbynke, en masse væsner og en samling nysgerrige og varme mennesker på 🌿

Jeg har arbejdet sammen med gråbynke i 5 år nu 💚 Jeg blev introduceret til hende af min mors hest, som elsker elsker elsker at spise gråbynke. Og derfra er planten og væsnet bag krybet længere og længere ind i mit liv og min færden 🌱

For mig er hun en bedstemoder. Hun er forbundet til livets visdom, til cyklussernes visdom, månens visdom, kvindens visdom, drømmenes visdom. Og igennem hendes lange liv har hun fundet ud af, at mennesker lærer bedst, vokser mest og finder mest mening med livet igennem LEG og NYDELSE. Hun er smuk og sanselig. Hun har rødderne dybt plantet i jorden imens hun rager højt op i himlen og strækker sine blomsterlys langt ind i universet ✨

Med gråbynkete vil vi låne af hendes erfaring og visdom og åbne vores kroppe op til at forbinde os med alle de andre væsner, som danser på den anden side af sløret, og som længes efter at blive sanset, mærket og værdsat 🙏

THE FAIRY GOD-MOTH-ERS 🦋✨

The idea sparked from an Instagram video of how to make butterflies from toilet paper rolls and the creation came to live as a gift to my dear friend, 's, new born child 🫶

Inside each of the moths is a dream, a wish 🌟

And each moth is painted like real living moths 🦋

From the three Fairy God-moth-ers to our little wolf kid, may all your dreams come true 💚🦋

Dreamwork is one of my most dear practises! If we can dream it, we've already planted a little bit of it into reality 🌱 So let's make an effort at dreaming big - because what if you have the power to dream it into being and I believe you do 🔥

HAVE YOU LET YOURSELF DIE? ☠️

We die a little bit all the time. We shed our skin just like the snake. Literally. On average all our cells have shedded and replaced themselves every 7th year!

Here's a little reminder why this winter IN PARTICULAR is one that calls for dying and shedding and all the juicy jazz 🌀🐦‍🔥

🐍 Until the 16th of February it is the year of the snake... Snake... You know. Shadow work, reflection, death, rebirth

🐍 The year 2025 was the last in a 9 year cycle. We have just entered a new 9 year cycle with year 2026. Big transitions like this call for big turnovers of energy = big many death a lot yes

🐍 We entered year 2026 with Venus, Mars and the Sun within 3 degrees of each other. Our inner masculine and feminine have both just embarked on a new cycle. TOGETHER! With the sun, at new year's. How mad is that?

🐍 In January all our personal planets (mercury, mars, venus and the sun) will transit PLUTO(!) the planet of death, of life changes, of the underworld.

So if you are feeling like the world is especially mad right now on both inner and outer levels then, yes, it is and that's okay.

For a year now I've made saunagus in Hvidovre and I flippin' love it!

I get to play and explore and just be totally ME 🔥

That means that I get to weave with all the elements that I love: heat, storytelling, herbs, magic, song, body connection and much more ✨

Every time I make a saunagus, it's a ceremonial space. It's a place that is dedicated to transformation. Sometimes in the softest ways and sometimes with full power 🔥

STEPPING INTO SERVICE AS A SPACE HOLDER ✨

I want to show myself.

I want to be transparent with the darkness I'm in.

I just birthed a line of upcoming Shamanic Breathwork Ceremonies and it happened from a place of deep darkness in me. And it is so tough!

I was feeling a cold and I was in a prolonged pre-menstrual phase. My body was completely stripped of energy and my emotional landscape in scatters.

But it felt right. It felt like my body guided me and in extension of that, the whole circle, to understand that everything starts with darkness.

Everything starts with darkness.

Darkness.

And to live that is tough! Because we don't get the adrenaline rush of light and high.

To live that is tough, because we are fighting a system where darkness is coded in us as something we should be scared off, suppress and avoid.

So I'm telling myself that I am perfectly okay, even when my inner critic challenges my joy of facilitation, because that is also part of the darkness.

And imagine this.

The bigger the light, the bigger the shadow.

The more we surrender to staying in the darkness now.

The more we will shine out light when time is right! ✨
