For a long time, I thought grounding meant becoming strong enough to handle everything life threw at me.
But what I’ve learned is this:
Grounding is about coming home to myself.
The more I rooted into who I am, my body, my values, my worth, the calmer I felt inside.
Life didn’t suddenly get quiet.
The winds didn’t stop blowing.
People still had opinions.
But I stopped being carried away by them.
Standing on this cliff, with the wind in my hair, I felt it in my body:
When I’m grounded within, I can meet the world without losing myself.
This is the journey I’m on, and the work I now share with others.
If you’re longing to feel more steady, more at home in yourself, DM me the word GROUNDED.
