✨𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱! ✨
2025 has been filled with exciting tasks, strong collaborations, and new relations. We are proud of the impactful projects we’ve lifted together! We can truly say that 2025 has been defined by projects in line with arki_labs' core values, and looking back, we have:
..𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 ‘𝗕ø𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿’. Through KUMULT, we have worked with urban spaces from the perspective of children with 4th-grade classes in Ringsted and Odsherred municipalities. In the new year, we look forward to gathering those experiences and data so that the children's perspectives can inform planning!
..𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲. An important part of our work is knowledge sharing, and in 2025, we contributed to the conversation about children, cities, and architecture through articles and debates – including at Kulturmødet Mors – with the ambition to nuance and strengthen the public dialogue on children's roles in architecture!
..𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆. Down Under, we have worked closely with Parkes Shire Council on a new strategy; the CBD Vibrancy Strategy. Through workshops and broad citizen engagement, we have been working with the city's identity, future activities, and a shared vision – rooted in local voices and commitment.
..𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀. The Climate Garden at Grønjordskollegiet has been inaugurated as a new green meeting place for residents. The project demonstrates how biodiversity, community, and everyday life can grow side by side through close collaboration and local anchoring.
..𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀. In 2025, we worked on the development of two new GAME Street Hubs in both Kolding and Gilleleje. With a focus on co-creation, the reuse of local materials, and inclusive urban spaces, we are creating frameworks for culture, street sport, and youth communities that strengthen historical cultural environments.
