So many of us tell ourselves that we just need to push through a little more before we can finally relax, right? 🏁 But here's the kicker - that finish line might just keep moving further away! 😩

Escaping from stress and pressure can be like chasing a mirage sometimes, leading to those nasty racing thoughts, tension and feeling drained. 😓

Ever wonder why we keep getting hit by those stress waves? Well, maybe it's because we find it tough to say "no." We set sky-high expectations for ourselves and assume everyone expects the same from us. We carry this invisible load of "perfection" on our shoulders, making the pressure grow and grow. 🧳

But guess what? You CAN hit the brakes. Break the cycle by tuning in to your body's signals, and remember, it's okay to put yourself first without the guilt trip! 🙌

Try to pause and think about this question.🤔

It's beautiful and meaningful to be there for other people when they need help. But are you aware of how important it is to be there for yourself too?

If you never stop and feel what YOU need, you will simply run out of energy at some point. But before that, your body will try to alert you in many different ways.
Maybe you're dealing with unexplained body pain, maybe you have trouble to focus, or maybe you feel tired all the time..🥱😤

I am increasingly realizing that the real reason people are coming to therapy (even if they don't say it) It's not about getting advice, solving problems or fixing something about themselves.

They seek to be loved and accepted exactly as they are, in the presence of another person, who allows them to do so.

If we just keep that in mind🙏💓... everybody wants to be loved an accepted the way they are.

One of the most touching things for me is to see the beauty, light and essence of another person's Soul. When another person shines, when they are in touch with their essential beauty and deep truth, it is truly irresistible and highly uplifting.

Watching a person radiating their Soul Beauty, is no different than witnessing the most precious sunrise or nature phenomenon. When another is honest, truthful and pure-hearted, I can't help it but bow down with gratefulness. It touches me to the very core.

We often want to be seen and that's perfectly fine and also important. But without being able to fully see others and wholeheartedly enjoy it, we don't come full circle. It's only when self and other are merged that true wisdom and the smile of the soul arise.

*Give room for expression and creativity( by writing, dancing, talking, dreaming)🧚‍♀️
*Get to know the parts that you like less about myself and accept that it's just a part of you, it’s not what defines you as a whole person..try less to resist that sensation or try make it disappear.
* Quality time with yourself ( scheduled) that will fill you up with joy

Sometimes, we need to disconnect in order to connect again.
Let’s try to make it even more simple..
You may understand that you have to be honest with yourself before you can be honest with anyone else. This means you need to make space in your life to connect with yourself, perhaps through meditation, journaling, or time in nature.

When we’re children, our imaginations are wild. We can imagine ourselves in fantasy lands with superpowers. When we become adults, it’s harder to engage our senses in the same way we do when we are children. But visualization is a chance to exercise our imaginations.
You might be wondering how to use your imagination to visualize what you want to do. One of the best ways to use visualization is when you're mindful with your mind and body. Visualization is best used in conjunction with meditation. So, you imagine a calm place or scenario, but you’re also engaging with your senses and your body. You don’t necessarily escape to this place. Instead, you’re fully committed and present in where you’re at in the present moment, and you’re using visualization as a tool to become more relaxed.
In addition to relaxation, visualization can be used to help you envision your future. It’s not just about finding a way to relax. It can help you transform your life. You can think about what you’d like to happen in your life, and manifest it.
Visualization can help you relax, cope with anxiety, and it’s also used for achieving goals.
