Have you ever wondered if your child’s school performance is in line with their abilities?
Or have you watched your child struggling with a school subject and wondered why? Psychoeducational testing is a kind of assessment that is designed to measure your child’s aptitude (abilities) across a variety of core skills including:

Mathematics
Reading
Written expression
(among others)

Psychoeducational testing can be used to determine what your child’s strengths and weaknesses are, as well as to help provide strategies to help them in school. It is usually performed by psychologists with a specific training. It can provide evidence for and against both learning disabilities as well as certain psychological conditions such as Attention Deficit Disorder.

Some international schools require this kind of assessment for their pupils. Other schools only recommend it if they assess that a child is falling behind their peers.

Meet our new interns Joanna and Stephanie!

Two new interns have just started at the clinic, which means that the apprentice clinic is open for new clients 😊.
Sessions are low-cost, only 500 DKK for 50 minutes.

The apprentice clinic provides a way for master-level psychology students to gain experience.

The interns are closely supervised by senior psychologists, and treatment and planning is always done in consultation with the senior psychologists.
