But here in the studio were keeping it simple!

This month is about easing back into routine, finding ground again, and letting practice be something supportive rather than demanding.

We are a co-operative yoga community (yogaforening), which means we help each other out. Our studio is not a big fancy luxurious place. Østerbro Yogaforening is modest, calm and has a relaxed atmosphere – and this help us to keep our prices down! Once you’re a member, unlimited yoga (including 38° hot yoga) is just DKK 490 a month.

Dyrk yoga, når det passer dig til foreningspriser i hjertet af Østerbro. Du behøver ikke melde dig til på forhånd - bare mød op! Det koster 100,- kr. årligt i indmeldelsesgebyr/medlemsskab. Herefter kan du f.eks. træne ubegrænset yoga for 490,- kr. pr. md. Vi er afslappede, åbne og glæder os til at dele glæden ved yoga med dig
