Hi Everyone 👋🏼

I am a yoga teacher here in Copenhagen, with 7+ years of experience. I’ve been teaching in studios, homes, and businesses here since 2018.

I’m currently looking to offer some upcoming yoga and meditation classes/workshops that are community driven. If this sounds like something you’re interested in, I would like to ask a couple questions.

1. What styles of yoga would you like to practice? (i.e. Yin, Restorative, Yang to Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa)

2. What themes are you interested in? Are there any special things you want to learn or practice together? Any ideas for workshops? (i.e. Restorative Yoga for Stress Relief, Yoga for Strength, etc.)

3. Would you prefer a 2 or 3 hour workshop? Or is there another length you prefer?

4. What days/times work best for you to attend?

I appreciate you taking the time to answer these questions and will make sure to update all of you once the first class/workshop is in the calendar.

Our Story

200 hr Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor Meagan Klein, is what she likes to call, "Lost along the way, and found around the world."

Mula Yoga was born from Meagan’s love of yoga and the outdoors. Meagan is a Colorado native, who trained at Yogalinda in Barcelona, where she completed her Instructor Training in 2015. She has since taught in Spain, the U.S., Belgium, and currently in Denmark, where she lives and studies Global Nutrition and Health. This degree will accompany her BSc in Psychology, which she received from MTSU in 2015.

Meagan's familiarity and personal struggles with depression, anxiety, and obesity have fueled her passion and drive for a career in health and wellness from a holistic perspective. You will find elements of her background in her classes, as well as fun, challenging, and playful movement. Whether you have never stepped foot on a mat or you can wrap your feet around your head (Beginner to Advanced, if we are being proper about it), you will feel more than comfortable in Meagan´s classes.

Classes include styles from many traditions and practices, including mellow classes as well as high intensity flows. Whether you are looking for the spiritual or physical benefits of yoga, there is a class for everyone. Meagan strongly believes in a combination of yoga, fitness, and holistic nutrition as a form of personal transformation. If you need more proof, check out how she changed her life and went from being 115 kilos (250lbs) to where she is now! Meagan hopes to share her secrets to success and help her students achieve the same level of well-being she has been able to. Mula Yoga offers private individual and group classes upon request.
