I bought these jeans at Anthropologie in Canada just before flying home to Denmark in 2022.

I actually bought two pairs that day—there was some kind of offer I fell for, and the sales assistant knew exactly how to get me 🙄 Because I ended up buying a pair that was too small… These ones—the ones that fit me perfectly now.

Yes, I love showing my weight loss.

Because every centimeter I lose now equals a feeling that I no longer have to suppress.

Finally, I can be in my emotions without numbing them.

I have a network around me that truly gets it—not just on an abstract level.

I’ve worked through my feelings one by one.

And now it feels incredible to see my body reflect my inner state.

I’m not afraid of gaining again. Because this change in my body is the visible result of deep work. Deeper than I ever imagined possible.

And that work is what makes it possible to actually maintain a healthy body.

I see it as a ritual.

The rebuilding of my temple.

The major repairs are done now
(turns out my knee wasn’t bad—it was just carrying too much).

Now it’s about maintaining… and decorating it with care.

I finish the Homeopathic hCG Diet on Thursday.

And I’m celebrating with my absolute best group of girls.

We’ve got each other.
We celebrate each other.

I was actually supposed to be done with the Homeopathic hCG Diet tomorrow. But I really thrive and I really love all the recipes. So I will do one more week and finish just in time for my long awaited trip to Norway digging deep into my family’s past ❤️
