UPCOMING YOGA CLASS - FREDERICIA MIDTBY
(Uge 34- uge 38)

* Who can attend this Workshop?
You will learn yoga from the basics, suitable for beginners to intermediate. In these 6 sessions, you will experience authentic yoga, techniques and classic yoga exercises to flow sequences.
If you have slipped disc, disk herniation or problem in hip joint, knee, and more; so please consult one time with doctor before joining.

This is a long workshop so if there is a cancellation we will reschedule the class for you.

* How to practice?
Listen to your body as you exercise, and you will be guided through the techniques and movements carefully. But if you feel tired, or find it difficult to follow the class, take a break. The pace of this class is entirely up to you.

* Other:
We have mats and equipment available at the studio, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
Please wear appropriate and comfortable clothing.
This is a home studio, so the toilets are accessible, but we do not have private changing rooms.

* How to pay?
All you need to do is register in advance, the workshop will open when there are enough participants - we will notify you later.
If there are enough participants, you will be instructed on how to pay via Mobile Pay, so please enter your correct phone number in the information section.

* Where is the studio?
We are located at the following address: Gothersgade 17, Fredericia (beside Kims Køkken Restaurant in central) Doors will open 15 minutes before class - and close 15 minutes after class.No drop-in classes; all classes will be booked via the website.

Tuition fees are non-refundable for any reason.

Hnay mình note lại 03 checklist để chia sẻ với cả nhà, mọi người nhớ save lại nhé ❤️
1) Khởi động là a must!!! Dù có vội thế nào mọi người cũng đừng nên bỏ lỡ các bài khởi động, bài khởi động có thể khiến cả nhà cảm thấy nhàm chán nhưng chúng mình khởi động kỹ là để đưa tín hiệu cho cở thể - rằng chúng ta cần nó là một người bạn đồng hành tốt trong 60’ tiếp theo.
2) Về Asana: mình luôn ủng hộ việc thực hành yoga chậm và chắc. Tập từ dễ tới khó hơn, từng bước một để đảm bảo rằng chúng mình đã nắm được kỹ thuật của các tư thế này và biết cách thực hiện nó an toàn.
3) Cuối cùng là sự tinh khiết, sạch trong tâm, thân, trí. Hãy dành trọn vẹn buổi tập cho bản thân - cho dù bạn đã có một ngày bận rộn như thế nào!

👉Cô bảo hay bị đau đầu gối, vai, lưng nên muốn học yoga xem thế nào. Học tới buổi thứ 3 cô feedback lại bảo với mình là thấy khoẻ cả người ❤️ mong học hết khoá 3 tháng thì cơ thể khoẻ mạnh hơn.

👉Học viên đã từng có sức khoẻ kém, từng phải đi mổ và đau đầu gối. Yoga là một bộ môn mà ai cũng có thể bắt đầu, không cần tập nặng chỉ cần tập đúng và an toàn ạ.

1️⃣Salute the Sun

2️⃣Say no to stress!
Giving yourself an extra hour or half an hour in the morning to wake up and exercise will help your nervous system start the day in a much more relaxed state. Helps lower your cortisol (stress hormone) levels – re-calibrating your emotions and body, moving away from “fight or flight” mode.

Does yoga help with healing?

Throwback 2-3 years ago, there was a time when I used to be very "down mood", graduating for a few years and then wandering around to work.
Life is nothing worth mentioning,...kinda boring!

One day I decided to take a new step
Initially, I registered to practice yoga to have something new to do, but I did not know what yoga could bring to me. Yet now look back to see that I have received a lot of its benefits:

I feel more positive because I can feel my body is getting healthier and more beautiful. Even the Full Splits Pose (Hanumanasana) that I had never felt that I can do, because I was very far away from the floor. I am a person with a very hard bone density. But then 2 days ago, I touched the floor.

The practice wheel-pose that I can not lift the shoulders out of the floor- but it can now roll.

The times when meditating for 1-2 minutes, I felt back pain, unable to straighten my back. I guess I am not suitable for meditation, but now I love to explore meditation according to science and try every day to meditate a bit. Feeling excited to hear a Buddhist monk Minh Niem's podcast, reading some good books of Mindfulness master Thich Nhat Hanh.

There are many ways you can heal yourself - but it will take time. Just like my journey with yoga, it will take time but then it will succeed. WE will be more and more perfect, more peaceful, happier over time.

OWNING YOUR BODY AND MIND IS THE FIRST STEP TO FEEL A HAPPIER LIFE.

You will never know what kind of "love" yoga can bring you.

A love of our bodies, reminding us to love our own imperfections. Lack of confidence because I'm not skinny enough or flexible enough to practice and pursue this subject.

A love of philosophy, yoga and asanas will tell you that you practice to love yourself more, to discover the hidden power that lies within each of our bodies.

A love of inner beauty when spending time practicing meditation sessions at the end of the class.

A love of understanding, of the importance of true relaxation. Deep relaxation and mindfulness with Nidra yoga will help you rediscover and love your inner child.

A love of conquering and improving one's health through top postures.

Yoga loves you in many different ways, not only in terms of flexibility as you have heard but also in many other aspects. Practice yoga to become a Beautiful - Healthy - Healthy woman.

Through discovering your own body's strength, understand where your body is strong and where it is weak?
Understand whether our inner self is connecting with us, whether our thoughts are jumping everywhere or staying with our body when we meditate.

💪Như đã chia sẻ ở video trước, hôm nay mình sẽ chia sẻ một số các động tác mà mình hay tập để bổ trợ mở, ép dẻo, và làm mạnh tay, vai, lưng.
🍀Đặc biệt động tác cá heo sẽ là một động tác mà bạn không thể bỏ lỡ nếu bạn muốn luyện tập các thư thế khó như Con quạ, pincha hay thăng bằng tay.
