The YODAME system or YDM "Get HIGH on YOUR OWN supply" is a new way of working out, both for your mind and body.
The workout consists of 2 hours of Yoga, Dance & Meditation.
Yoga (Vinyasa/Yin) 45min. (Yoga Teacher, Nana Nørgaard takes us through a medium Yoga session that fits all, more advanced classes will come later)
Dancing & Beat meditation 1 Hour
(Psychotherapist & Dj/producer Jean von Baden has designed 1 hour of music & beat meditation, at around 115-120 Beat pr Minute, that takes you on a dance 2 trance journey and is the equivalent of running for 1 hour straight, but with less stress to the body and mind)
Meditation 15 minutes
(A relaxation and short stretch to soothing ambient sounds and spiritual spoken guided meditation by amazing chill out ambient sounds and warm voices)
This system is both a workout & a party for the spirit with no drugs but your own! "GET HIGH ON YOUR OWN SUPPLY"..
