We hope your Summer is going well out and about, and to see you for some latesummer Yoga.

We are happy to announce that Sandy again is offering a Vinyasa class — this time to get you started on Wednesdays in the renovated studio in the new right-sized incarnation of Yogacentralen.

Vinyasa class on Wednesdays 07:30-08:45 from August 6th 2025.

Below you will find the current, happy schedule with Hatha with Thomas, Yin with Pia, Vinyasa with Sandy & Pia, and Iyengar Yoga with Jack.

Jack's classes are open for sign-up on Yoganet: 1/125kr 5/450kr 10/800kr.
These Iyengar Yoga classes are also offered via Zoom for your convenience.

Christiane, Pia, Sandy, and Thomas are handling sign-up and payment themselves. Please find contact information on the classes on Yoganet.

Jack is keeping happiness coming -- six times a week. Christiane this Saturday at 9:00 and then Thomas, Pia, Christiane will return in August with lovely Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa instruction, respectively.
