The XO Field Service team is growing—and we’re excited to share the news! 🎉
Please welcome Marc Johansen, who will be joining the team in April 2026.

Mark will be working as a Field Service Specialist, where he’ll play a key role in supporting our XO Certified Partners and end-customers across Spain, Portugal, and throughout Eastern and Southern Europe.

We are strengthening our XO Sales Team in DACH
We are very happy to welcome Marius Garten to the position of Area Sales Manager. His energy and eagerness personify XO’s growth ambition in Germany, the biggest dental market in Europe.

Marius comes with a winning mindset and a drive to excel, based on his recent concluded career as a professional ice hockey player. Importantly, Marius has for years been running a parallel student job as assistant service technician with specific focus on XO CARE unit installation.

The Odontathon 2026 in Berlin is a ‘hackathon’ for dentistry. It brings together dentists, startups, designers, developers, and industry experts to collaborate over the weekend 13-15 March to build innovative solutions to overcome challenges in modern dentistry.
