LAD OS OMFORDELE FRA MILLIARD-VIRKSOMHEDERS SUPERPROFIT TIL DE HÅRDT RAMTE AF INFLATIONEN ❤️

I dag tages der virkelig fat i forhandlingerne i EU om skat på overnormale profit!

I Enhedslisten vil vi have beskatning på overnormal profit. Det kan ikke være rigtigt, at inflationsbaronerne udnytter krisen til at score kassen!

Vores forslag er at tage 15 % af det overskud, som ligger over overskuddet for de foregående år.

Dog kun fra virksomheder med omsætning på over 1 milliard kr., så vi er sikre på ikke at ramme de små virksomheder.

De store virksomheder for altså stadig lov til at beholde 85 % af deres overnormale profit. De har ingen grund til at klage.

Tyskland og Tjekkiet har allerede indført profitlofter, og lige nu forhandler man i EU om en minimumsramme for alle de nationale initiativer. Her forhandler regeringen på vegne af Danmark for at dette bliver til virkelighed 💪🏽

Could you bring your mind along for the ride while you follow your heart?

Life can be more fulfilling and meaningful when we do the things that really matter to us. Sometimes we put off doing the things we want to because we're struggling with our thoughts and feelings.

Imagine your thoughts and feelings as a balloon that you are trying to hold underwater so that you can't see it. Hard as we might try keep them under and out of sight, they are likely to keep popping up to the surface. Our thoughts and feelings are probably planning to hang around, and if we spend our time and energy on trying to push them away, we might have very little left to move towards what matters.

What if, instead of struggling with your thoughts and feelings, you made a little room for them and brought them along for the ride while you did the things that matter to you?

Would you have more time and energy if you took your mind along with you instead of trying to get it to quieten down or leave you alone? ~ Lisa

Acceptance is an important part of ACT and it is when we allow ourselves to be as we are without trying to change anything. It is when we make room for painful feelings, emotions, urges and sensations. Simply allowing them to be as they are.

The picture below made me think about this in a new way. I have been practicing ACT for some time now and I have been learning the process of Acceptance. However, for me its almost as if this acceptance is on some level still "private". Maybe true acceptance is about not only accepting ourselves in our own company, but also accepting ourselves around other too.

If I'm in pain...let people see it
If I'm sad...let people see it

How often are we willing to allow other to see when we are happy?
Can we not do the same for our other emotions??

Maybe our mind is playing tricks again by saying things like "that's great! You're doing really well accepting those emotions right now. BUT you can only do this here when you are alone..."

Are you willing to allow other people to see you as you really are?

Hvad for en forældre vil du være?
Måske kender du nogen du kunne efterligne?

Da jeg var gravid med vores søn, satte min mand og jeg mig ned og kiggede på de forældre vi kendte og snakkede om, hvordan vi gerne ville være som forældre. Sådan skrev Pernille i går. Tak for at dele denne måde at finde frem til sine forældre værdier på. Vi lærer rigtig meget ved at få ideer fra andre forældre og tale med venner. Men nogen gange har vi også brug for værktøjer til at klare konkrete situationer, så vi forstår barnet, ikke skader dets udvikling, men støtter det i udviklingen af selvværd og til omsorg for sig selv og andre
