Hello welcome to my blog. My name is Bea. I recently moved to Skjern, Midjutland, Denmark, and would like to share my knowledge of yoga as yoga has helped me a lot while I was working in Hong Kong. It helps reduce stress, blood pressure, and increases respiration, energy level, and vitality.
