You are my ACCOUNTABILITY BUDDY When you share a goal with the world… you are held accountable to get your s**t done! This is why I use all of you, and also why most people are too timid to share their goals… oh I get it… in a world where we are taught to be humble and that being bold is arrogant, we often shy away from sharing our goals… I get it! But the thing about sharing your goals with the world or even just a good buddy is that you are held accountable for them… this is why I share what I am doing… so that in my own mind I had better follow up on them and get my s**t done… while at the same time I can hopefully inspire you too!

When we push our boundaries… we grow! But at what cost? Skinned knees—- worn as growing pains, badge’s of honour? Growth is challenging, messy, painful and worth every single skinned knee that we encounter or obstacle that we are faced with and challenged to overcome. Now… with that said… to the “aged” teenager who thinks their body is invisible… reality check—-it’s NOT🤣🤣🤣🤣🤷🏻‍♂️ have a great Monday everyone and do something today that challenges you to grow.
