We can rave about Biatain® Silicone with 3DFit Technology, but what if you could see its clinical effectiveness?
That’s what nurses saw when asked to apply Biatain Silicone to wounds in treatment failure in an observational study that explored just how effective our wound dressing is.
So, what exactly did we discover in the Biatain Silicone observational study? Here are some of the results.
🗓️ 73% of wounds healed or were progressing towards healing in a median of only 22.5 days.
👀 88% of nurses and 85% of patients saw improved wounds
👍 Nurses saw significant reduction in wound area and exudate pooling.
👌 Nurses saw significant improvement in wound edges and periwound skin.
The results speak for themselves. Biatain Silicone is effective at managing the gap between the dressing and the wound bed to promote wound healing* 💪
* In wounds up to 2 cm deep
