Kom til sommeryoga hos Namaste Room tirsdag den 9/7 og/ eller tirsdag den 16/7 kl 19.30-20.45. 🙏
Der er et par ledige pladser på vores skønne tirsdagshold, hvor vi bevæger os i et flow.

Vi trækker vejret, griner og bevæger os hurtigt, så vi får sved på panden, mens vi øver os i at være tilstede i nuet ☀️♥️🙏

Du må gerne være øvet, men du må også gerne være ny og nysgerrig på det der yoga, du skal bare være med på, at kaste dig ud i det og vide, at det til tider i timen går lidt hurtigt, da vi bevæger os med hvert åndedrag.

What is Body Therapy and what can it do for you?

Well sometimes in order to move forward, you need to pause, stop or maybe take a step back or to the side......body therapy can help you do this by combining pulsing movements, pressure points, zone therapy, acupressure and intuitive touch.

We use breathing techniques to increase awareness and to re-connect to yourself and to the channel that exists between your body and mind because any problems in the body will show in the mind and any in the mind will show in the body.

Key to this is that we will 'do it together' so we can find the root cause of any issue you may have or feel you have - not to mention it's just awesome to do something nice for yourself!

Now and throughout the summer and onwards I am available to help you!

We have a beautiful room here in Vester Såby, Hvalsø, where as a new client, you can get the special offer to try a body therapy treatment for only 350kr for a 75 minute session, (normally 575kr for 60 minutes).

Are you dreaming of your summer vacation - rolling effortlessly towards it or maybe crawling uphill to it?

Perhaps you would just like to feel lighter and less burdened by life and would love to have a feeling of peace or clarity?
…..wherever you are, transitioning from ‘normal life’ to that special time or to whatever the summer has in store for you can be a challenge which I can help you with.

We have beautiful space here, where, as a new client, you can get the special offer to try body therapy for 350kr for a 75 minute session, (normally 575kr for 60 minutes).

What is body therapy?

Body therapy is a form of treatment that works on the connection between body and psyche.When you experience feelings such as stress, sadness, nervousness, anger, anxiety, shame for eg, they can show in the body as tension, pain or physical discomfort.

Focus is on finding the root cause of any problem - with patience and non-judgement in mind, as well as but not only to alleviate the body's reactions to it.

With body therapy we work with a combination of different methods - body pulsing, deep massage/pressure points, acupressure, zone therapy, light joint liberation - to name a few!At the same time, we activate the lymphatic system, which allows the body to excrete accumulated waste via guided breathing…….which we use as a door to all of our treatment.
