I’m honoured to be returning as a judge for the
Danish Beauty Awards 2026

As a therapist myself I know how meaningful recognition can be. Being acknowledged within the industry hasn’t just been an honour.
It has supported my business, strengthened trust with clients and it showed me that the work we do behind the scenes is seen and valued.

This is why it matters that treatments can enter the awards.
When therapists and treatments are recognised, it elevates the profession as a whole.

It encourages higher standards, continued education ans deeper intention which is benefiting both therapists and clients.

I’m currently testing the entered products and treatments. I truly love this part of the process.
 Seeing the level of care, skill and dedication that goes into this work is incredibly inspiring.

So grateful for for all the effort, hard work and love that she puts into it.

Craniosacral Therapy & The Nervous System

So much of the tension we carry lives quietly in the nervous system. It can show up as tight shoulders, shallow breath or restless sleep.

Craniosacral therapy invites the nervous system into deep rest. With light and gentle touch the body softens and releases.
When the nervous system feels safe your body starts to readjust and most of the pain in your body starts to release.

Because of my own journey with pain and disconnection from my body I know how hard it is to let go. That’s why I meet each session with deep care so your nervous system feels safe enough to soften and release.

Craniosacral therapy isn’t about forcing change. It’s about creating the right conditions for your body to heal itself.

For the past two decades l've been working as a therapist.
Always guided by a deep passion for people.
For understanding what makes us feel whole, happy and connected to ourselves.

Workshops & courses- from self massage to creating more calm, balance, and harmony in everyday life.

This space is for reconnecting with yourself. With what matters and with the parts of you that get lost in the noise. Healing isn't just physical. It's also about finding clarity and a sense of wholeness.

A New Chapter
Over the years, l've come to understand that something deeper has been happening in my treatments. Even in the early days clients would say things like
"I feel lighter," or "I feel more like myself."
At the time I didn't have the words.
I just knew something real was shifting.
Now I see it more clearly.

"This work helps people come home to themselves. It supports emotional release, calms the nervous system, and creates space for deep healing and something new to unfold"

And lately something has changed.
The energy feels stronger.
The shifts are deeper.
Even a short session can bring profound calm, insight and release.
And it's happening naturally, without me trying to control it.

And I know now: this is what my clients truly need.
This is the direction my work is taking, and l've decided to honour that.
I'm no longer downplaying it or brushing it off as "just" a treatment.

This work is doing what it's meant to do, and I'm choosing to stand beside it fully.

I'm still offering the same treatments and I'm open to new clients.
But I'll be focusing my time and energy on those who feel genuinely ready for this kind of support.
The ones who feel ready to reconnect with themselves in a real and lasting way.

I won't have as many last minute spots, and this helps me stay present with each person I work with.

✨Have you ever felt like you are carrying something invisible with you?

Like something heavy or inner tension that follows you through life, even when things seem ok.

What if there was a way to release what no longer serves you?
To return to yourself, lighter, clearer, more whole?

I have spent years walking different paths, looking for what truly resonates beneath the surface.
Something deeper.
Exploring, studying, unravelling.
But after trying many different approaches, I realised that even the best practices sometime only go so deep.
It was like there was a gap, something deeper that wasn’t being unlocked.

✨Then, something found me. Literally.
So I sat with it, studied it and let it move through me.
Not something that I created from scratch, but something I have deeply studied, experienced and made my own.

It’s subtle. It works beneath the surface.
I have shaped it into something that feels true to how I work.

🌱A beautiful healing story: Craniosacral therapy

I’m so grateful to share a powerful experience from one of my clients who committed to a series of Craniosacral therapy sessions.

✨Before we started:

Years of chronic tension, headaches, and stress had taken a toll of her body and mind.

✨After two sessions:

Her body began to really respond to Craniosacral therapy, allowing her nervous system to relax and release tension more easily. The shifts were gradual but noticeable, and her sleep improved.

✨By the end of 6 session:

The change was clear- the constant feeling of dizziness and pounding headache was gone, her sleep improved and she could function better in her daily life.
The therapy allowed her to realise tension in a way that felt natural, and her body was able to respond more quickly and effectively to each session.

This journey shows how consistent care and patience can bring real, lasting change.
When we give our bodies the time and space to heal, the results can be profound.

Craniosacral Self-care tip🤍

A simple way to release tension and improve your well-being is by gently placing your hands on your head, near your temples or the crown, and taking a few deep breaths.
As you do this, take a moment to become aware of the energy and sensations in your hands and body.
Tune into how your hands feel as they make contact with your head, noticing any warmth, tingling, or subtle shifts in energy.

Then, take several deep breaths As you breathe in, imagine drawing in calm and healing energy. As you breathe out, visualize releasing any tension or stress from your head and neck.

Hold the position for 3-5 minutes
Ans notice any changes in your nervous system.

Remember, craniosacral therapy isn’t just about the therapist’s hands—it’s about tuning in to your body’s own rhythm and ability to heal itself!
