Craniosacral Therapy & The Nervous System
So much of the tension we carry lives quietly in the nervous system. It can show up as tight shoulders, shallow breath or restless sleep.
Craniosacral therapy invites the nervous system into deep rest. With light and gentle touch the body softens and releases.
When the nervous system feels safe your body starts to readjust and most of the pain in your body starts to release.
Because of my own journey with pain and disconnection from my body I know how hard it is to let go. That’s why I meet each session with deep care so your nervous system feels safe enough to soften and release.
Craniosacral therapy isn’t about forcing change. It’s about creating the right conditions for your body to heal itself.
