🌕 Full Moon Flow & Autumn Energy

As we honor the beauty of the full moon, we’ve created a supportive program to help you surrender and create flow — aligning with the energy of autumn.

This week’s video is a gentle energy work session rooted in Chinese Medicine, focusing on purification and release. Through soft movement, meridian line massage, and mindful breathing, you’ll support your digestive system and the large intestines — helping the body let go of what it no longer needs.

If you’re feeling bloated, constipated, or heavy, this practice will help you create inner flow and lightness, both physically and energetically.

Letting go creates space for renewal — just as nature releases her leaves, your body is invited to clear old energy and prepare for the next cycle of life. 🍂
