Welcome to my page with tips on how to live a healthy life. Click below to learn more. It made me become a vegetarian in less than a year.

Back in the eighties I moved from Denmark to New York and became aware of the big difference in food habits between the two continents. The more I learned about nutrition back then - the more I benefit from the knowledge today. Although I am not 100% vegetarian today I still eat mostly vegetarian making good use of what Mother Nature has to offer. For over 25 years now I've worked professionally with nutrition and health and would love to share my knowledge and thoughts with you.
